 DIRECTIONS

• Warm a small amount of our cooling TeaTree foot Balm in your palm and massage all over your skin targeting the hard skin, nail and heels.
• Use daily for a two week period and as necessary thereafter to help combat any further flare–ups.
• Use at night to soothe and refresh your feet.
• Wash hands after use.
